A bowl of Yggdrasil Porridge holds eighty points of eitr, more than any other dish bar one. That is why mages keep a fully fitted Cauldron burning at home. Everything in it comes from the Mistlands except the grain, which you farm in the Plains.
How to Make It
Cook it at a Cauldron upgraded all the way to level five. That means the Butcher's Table, Pots and Pans, Mortar and Pestle and Rolling Pins and Cutting Boards all stand beside it. The recipe is four Sap, three Barley and two Royal Jelly. You draw Sap with a Sap Extractor driven into the Yggdrasil roots of the Mistlands. Royal Jelly drops from Seekers and turns up in Infested Mine chests in the same biome. Barley has to be grown on cultivated ground from seeds looted from Fuling villages in the Plains. The finished bowl gives 27 health, 13 stamina and 80 eitr for twenty five minutes.

| Sap | 4x | |
| Barley | 3x | |
| Royal jelly | 2x |
Notes
- Yggdrasil Porridge gives the second highest eitr in the Mistlands at 80, behind Seeker Aspic at 85.
- Two Royal Jelly make two Seeker Aspics (a 2:2 ratio of jelly to aspic), but only one Yggdrasil Porridge (a 2:1 ratio of jelly to porridge).
