Cat Food

Cat Food

Class	Food
Tier	Tier 1
Duration	450 s

Cat Food is a food item that V can eat, and it also lets V adopt a cat. Eating it gives V the Nourishment status, like any other food. Left in the right bowl near V's apartment, it brings Nibbles the cat home as a pet. Cat Food is an everyday food that food vendors sell, and its pet use opens in Act 2, once the main job Playing for Time is complete.

Effect

Eating Cat Food applies the Nourishment status. Nourishment raises max Health by a small share. It also restores Health little by little while V is out of combat. The status lasts several minutes.

Cat Food also unlocks a pet. After Playing for Time, an empty bowl sits below a trash can near V's apartment in Megabuilding H10. To find it, V turns left outside the apartment door and then right at the corner. A shard on the trash can says the cat eats only one brand. V can fill the bowl with Cat Food. V then leaves the megabuilding and lets some time pass. On V's return, Nibbles the cat is eating at the bowl. V can pick Nibbles up and take her home as a permanent pet.

How to Get Cat Food Guide
