The Gaki is a high-end digital sniper scope by Tsunami for Tech sniper rifles. It gives a very high zoom and steadies the rifle by cutting sway. The Tier 5 variant also halves the charge time for a fully charged shot. It suits a late game Technical Ability build that snipes with charged Tech rifles. The Gaki is a late game scope that weapon vendors sell from level 30, and Phantom Liberty airdrops can hold the Tier 5 variant.
Effect
A scope sits in a weapon's scope slot and changes how the gun aims. The Gaki adds +3.5 zoom at Tier 4 and +4 zoom at Tier 5. It reduces weapon sway by 30% at both tiers.
The Tier 5 variant adds a charge effect. It halves the charge time needed for a fully charged shot. V can then fire a full power shot sooner.

Upgrades
The Gaki comes in Tiers 4 and 5. Only the Tier 5 variant carries the charge time effect. A scope can only go on a weapon of the same tier or a higher one.
Character Builds
The Gaki belongs on a Tech sniper rifle. Bolt in the Technical Ability tree raises charge speed and charged shot damage for Tech weapons. Its last level unlocks Bolt shots, which act as fully charged shots. Lightning Storm adds more charge speed after each Bolt. In Charge stops Tech weapons from firing on their own at full charge. Focus and Deadeye in the Cool tree add headshot and weak spot damage with sniper rifles.
