The Mizutani Shion "Blackbird" is a nomad rebuild of the Shion coupe, raised on long-travel dampers and set up for rough ground. It cannot be hurt. Weapons do nothing to it, collisions do nothing to it, and the tyres cannot be punctured. It appears during a fixer's work rather than in traffic, which makes it one of the rarest cars in the city. The Blackbird shows up in Muamar Reyes's vehicle work, where it is sometimes the car marked for hacking.
Performance
All four wheels drive, and the raised suspension lets the Blackbird cross ground that would ground out a standard Shion. Travel is long enough to absorb a hard landing, so it holds its line over ruts and ditches.
Its real quality is that nothing damages it. Gunfire leaves the body alone, crashes leave the panels alone, and the tyres stay up under fire. A chase in it ends when V decides it ends.

Lore
Mizutani sells the Shion as a road coupe. The nomads who rebuilt this one had other plans. The Database describes the result as a mechanical kangaroo on steroids, thanks to highly tuned dampers and extra ground clearance.
The windscreen uses Militech CrystalDome, so the glass looks solid from outside while the driver sees through it. The Wraiths built the Wendigo from the same coupe, and the Aldecaldos built the Coyote, so three very different cars share one shell.
