The Mizutani Shion MZ2 is a sleek Japanese sports coupe and the fastest car in Mizutani's range. It takes the Shion MZ1 and adds a stronger turbo, more grip and a sturdier drivetrain. It launches hard and pulls to high speed for a fair price. Street racers and players who want a quick, good-looking coupe both pick it. The Shion MZ2 is a mid-game Autofixer car that unlocks once V's Street Cred is high enough.
Performance
The MZ2 drives the rear wheels. Its upgraded turbo and extra tyre grip help it get off the line fast. It is light for its power, so it accelerates well and holds speed through long bends.
How to Get Mizutani Shion MZ2 Guide
- Raise V's Street Cred until the Shion MZ2 appears for sale.
- Open the Autofixer netpage from an Autofixer terminal or a computer in one of V's apartments.
- Buy the Shion MZ2 for €$ 57,000.
Mizutani Shion MZ2 Map Location

Lore
The Database calls the Shion a sports coupe par excellence, clear from even a glance at its streamlined, aggressive lines. Its five-cylinder engine offers strong speed and quick starts at a reasonable price. Style, speed and value together make it a common sight in Night City. It shows up most after dark, when illegal street races tear through the city.
Before the Autofixer, the fixer Regina Jones sold an MZ2 to V. She said the last owner had a lead foot and that the flooring might be stained with coffee, or blood.
Notes
- The nomad Shion "Coyote" is built from the same Shion line.
