The Ash of War: Sacred Order is an Ash of War in Elden Ring that grants the Sacred affinity and the Sacred Order skill. It is a mid-game find in the Altus Plateau.
Sacred Order performs a salute of the Golden Order fundamentalists, granting the armament holy essence as a 60 second weapon buff. While it lasts, all damage the wielder deals rises by 10 percent, attacks against Those Who Live in Death deal double damage, and skeletons cannot revive. The bonus applies to the off-hand weapon and to spells as well. It suits any build that fights undead and needs no Faith investment to work.

It grants the Sacred affinity and a Whetblade can switch it to Standard, Keen, Heavy, Quality or Lightning. The skill costs 18 FP. How to Get Ash of War: Sacred Order Guide
- Dropped by a Teardrop Scarab on the western shore of the lake north of the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace in the Altus Plateau.
- Once obtained, it can be duplicated by trading Lost Ashes of War to Smithing Master Hewg at the Roundtable Hold.

Skill
The buff should be applied before engaging, since the salute leaves the wielder open. Switching weapons ends it early. Against skeletons, catacomb bosses and other undead it is one of the strongest buffs available, and buffing both held weapons stacks the anti-undead bonus even further.
