Maliketh's Helm is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Maliketh's Set.
Maliketh's Helm is a beast's helm of black iron decorated with gold, worn by Maliketh the Black Blade, who carried Destined Death for his half-sister Queen Marika. Champions knew what was at stake in facing him, and that is what made them champions. The head piece is of medium weight with balanced defense and good vitality.
