The Reverse-Bladed Sword is a Backhand Blade in Elden Ring. It has the highest physical attack of any backhand blade in the game.

The Reverse-Bladed Sword is a curved blade wielded with a backhand grip, said to have originated from the hidden realm of shadow, and its style of combat is marked by spinning slashes and gouging thrusts. It is sold by the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold for 1,000 runes. Compared with the Backhand Blade it has higher base damage and lower requirements but worse scaling and slightly more weight, and its main advantage is giving a backhand blade without traveling to the Realm of Shadow. Several of its attacks, including all critical attacks, deal pierce damage, and it scales with Strength and Dexterity at D.

Skill

Blind Spot costs 9 FP. The wielder darts to the side with a brief window of invulnerability, then gores the target from the flank with a pierce attack. Holding left or right at the start chooses which side the dash goes to. The angled stab slips past an opponent's guard, which makes it a strong answer to enemies who block. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.

"Leap into close quarters to take advantage of the enemy's blind spot and gore them from the side. Inputs determine which side you strike from. This attack slips below the opponent's guard."

Played like the other backhand blades as a fast paired weapon built on light attack strings and Blind Spot repositioning.
