The Stars of Ruin are a Primeval sorcery in Elden Ring. They are picked up mid-game, in Caelid.
Stars of Ruin is the legendary sorcery of Primeval Sorcerer Lusat, who glimpsed the final moments of a great star cluster in the primeval current and was broken by the sight. It fires twelve dark shooting stars in quick succession that home in on the target with strong tracking, and charging raises their damage at the cost of a longer cast. The tracking lets the stars catch targets that run or dodge, from PvP opponents to bosses such as Malenia, and opponents usually need to dodge into the volley to avoid being hit by the rest. Lusat's Glintstone Crown, the Godfrey Icon for charged casts and Terra Magica all increase its damage. It suits intelligence builds that want dependable homing damage against agile enemies.

How to Get Stars of Ruin Guide
Stars of Ruin is given by Primeval Sorcerer Lusat, who is sealed away deep inside the Sellia Hideaway in Caelid. Opening his seal takes the Sellian Sealbreaker from Sorceress Sellen.
- Defeat the Mad Pumpkin Head in the Waypoint Ruins cellar and become Sorceress Sellen's apprentice.
- Find Primeval Sorcerer Azur beyond the Hermit Village on Mt. Gelmir.
- Return to Sellen and exhaust her dialogue to receive the Sellian Sealbreaker.
- Travel to the Sellia Hideaway in Caelid and make the way down through the crystal chasm.
- Use the Sellian Sealbreaker on the glintstone barrier at the bottom.
- Talk to Primeval Sorcerer Lusat to receive Stars of Ruin.
