The Glintstone Arc is a Glintstone sorcery in Elden Ring.
Glintstone Arc is a glintstone sorcery of the Academy of Raya Lucaria, granted to sorcerers leaving on journeys so they could fend off large groups of would-be adversaries, since fools often roam in packs. It fires a horizontal arc of magic that widens as it travels and passes through every enemy it touches. Its low FP cost and low Intelligence requirement make it an easy crowd-clearing tool from the very start, and it can be chain-cast while walking. The arc's height is fixed, though, so it often misses short enemies or targets below the caster. It suits early sorcerers and any caster who wants a cheap answer to packs of weaker foes.
Effect
Fires a horizontal arc of magic that spreads outward and passes through enemies; it can be cast repeatedly and while moving. Each cast costs 9 FP and 18 stamina and takes up one memory slot.
How to Get Glintstone Arc Guide
Glintstone Arc is a starting sorcery of the Astrologer and is sold for 1,500 runes by Sorceress Sellen and by Sorcerer Thops at the Church of Irith. If either teacher dies, the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold sell it once given that teacher's bell bearing.
- Travel to the Waypoint Ruins in Limgrave and go down into the cellar.
- Defeat the Mad Pumpkin Head guarding the cellar.
- Talk to Sorceress Sellen and choose to learn glintstone sorceries.
- Buy Glintstone Arc from Sellen for 1,500 runes.
- Alternatively, donate 10 runes to Sorcerer Thops at the Church of Irith and buy it from him for 1,500 runes; if Thops dies, the Twin Maiden Husks sell it once given Thops's Bell Bearing.
