Abandoned Houses are lone, ruined wooden buildings in the Meadows, and they come in 13 layouts. Most of them can hold a chest and a Beehive.

Where to Find It

Each of the 13 layouts can spawn up to 20 times per world. You will find them in the Meadows on fairly flat ground, where the height varies by no more than 4 m. When houses stand together, they form an Abandoned Farm or a Draugr Village instead.

What's Inside

The houses are built mostly from wooden pieces, and some contain a Bed you cannot use. Layouts 1, 2, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 have a 50% chance of a chest, and layout 6 always has one. Every layout except 8 and 12 also has a 25% chance of a Beehive. Two of the chests are special. Layout 2 holds a Meadows Curious Chest with a 55.4% chance of a Mysterious Axe Head, while layout 6 holds a Meadows Mysterious Chest with a 55.4% chance of a Curious Axe Head. Layout 3 has up to three branches and six stones, and you can deconstruct it for Corewood. Layout 8 grows up to six Dandelions, and layout 12 up to four Mushrooms.

Each chest rolls 2 to 3 items from its table, at most one of each.
A house can be placed damaged, with each piece losing 40% to 90% of its health.
Isolated houses in the Mountain are Abandoned Cabins.
