The Bronzehead Arrow is what you fletch once flint stops putting Trolls down, and it keeps your bow useful through the whole Black Forest. It deals 32 pierce damage. At 32 total damage it ranks 20th among ammunition, so it is a step on the ladder rather than the top of it. Pierce damage hurts the Troll more than most things, which is the reason to carry it.
How to Craft
It is made at a level 1 Forge from:
- 8x Wood, chopped from any tree.
- 1x Bronze, made at a Forge.
- 2x Feathers, dropped by Crows and Gulls and found in chests in the Meadows.

When to Use It
It is early-game ammunition. It needs Black Forest materials, so it comes after Eikthyr and the Antler Pickaxe.
Properties
Its 32 pierce is the next step up from the Flinthead Arrow, and the chain continues with the Ironhead Arrow.
Its damage is added to the bow's before any other multiplier. Skill, quality and the triple-damage sneak bonus all apply on top, which is why upgrading your arrows is worth more than upgrading your bow.
Notes
- An arrow's damage is added to the bow's own damage before anything else is worked out, which is why the arrow, not the bow, decides the shot's damage type.
- Arrows only fit Bows and bolts only fit Crossbows.
- If you carry more than one kind of arrow, right-click a stack to choose which one is used.
