The Archer Quartz "Bandit" is a light, rear-driven custom Quartz. It is one of the cars whose fate depends on a choice in the main story. A player who keeps a cool head during the main job Ghost Town gets it free from Rogue. Anyone else can still buy it later on the Autofixer netpage. Fans of the classic Quartz shape get a light sports coupe out of it. The Quartz "Bandit" is a free gift from Rogue after the main job Ghost Town if V refuses to help Panam kill Nash, or a later Autofixer purchase otherwise.
Performance
The Bandit is a sports coupe with rear-wheel drive and 364 horsepower. It weighs much less than most sports cars on the Autofixer netpage.
Road Warrior from the Cool tree adds weapon damage while the car drifts or is airborne. Stuntjock from the Reflexes tree removes the bullet spread penalty for shooting while driving. Gearhead from the Technical Ability tree adds vehicle health.

Lore
Archer is best known for the Hella, a family car so reliable and so cheap that it flooded the market. The in-game Database says Archer then had to branch out into sports cars, and the Quartz was the result. It was a two-seater with a durable engine and a fair price. It soon became popular well beyond the city's middle class. It also proved tough enough for the desert, so many nomads drive one.
The Bandit is a custom Quartz. Rogue gives it to V after Ghost Town. Her message says she knows how to reward professionalism and loyalty, and that the reward is a Quartz Bandit.
Notes
- Choosing to help Panam kill Nash leaves the Autofixer purchase as the only way to get the Bandit.
