Totalimmortal

Totalimmortal
Type	Main Job
Giver	Hanako Arasaka
Location	Arasaka Tower
Previous	Last Caress
Next	Where is My Mind?

Totalimmortal is the main job on the Arasaka path of the ending, after Last Caress. V testifies before the Arasaka board inside Arasaka Tower in Corpo Plaza, then fights up through the tower when Yorinobu Arasaka turns on everyone. The job ends with a fight against Adam Smasher and a showdown with Yorinobu in the chief executive's office.

Story

On Your Own

Johnny wants no part of it. In the journal he tells V to go to hell: the stage is all V's, and he will watch from the wings as V meets certain death, because that is how a coup against Yorinobu ends. Unless Hanako has an ace up her sleeve. If things go wrong, he advises V to jump out of a window rather than be taken alive.

The Board

V arrives at Arasaka Tower with Hanako and Anders Hellman, and with Goro Takemura if V saved him in Search and Destroy. V follows Hanako to an office and then by lift to the board meeting. If Jackie's body was sent to Viktor at the end of The Heist, Arasaka took it, and Jackie appears in one of the scenes. V sits by the couch and gives testimony about the night Saburo died.

Yorinobu's Coup

Yorinobu answers by trying to wipe out the whole board at once. In the journal, Johnny would buy him a beer for it. Watching the Arasakas go for each other's throats is a thing of beauty to him, but it ruins the plan. Now V must deal with Yorinobu on Hanako's terms, which means not harming him, even though he tried to have her killed.

V fends off the attackers and fights up through the tower, from the jungle floor to the upper atrium and on to the floor of the chief executive. If V saved Takemura, he offers to help at the lift in the upper atrium.

Smasher and Yorinobu

In Yorinobu's office, V fights Adam Smasher. After the fight, V decides Smasher's fate. Then V confronts Yorinobu. Hanako arrives, Hellman leads V out, and V rides the lift down. The story ends in Where is My Mind?.

Choices

Takemura

Takemura only appears to help if V saved him in Search and Destroy.

Smasher

V can kill or spare Smasher after beating him. His access token can be looted. It stays with V when the game returns to the point of no return after the credits, and it opens Smasher's secret office on the ship Ebunike, where a crafting spec lies.

Jackie and Saburo

At Mikoshi, V meets the engram of Saburo Arasaka. If Jackie's body went to Viktor, V can ask Hanako to let V talk to Jackie's engram too. Flipping Saburo off in Johnny's name ends that talk early and closes the option.

Rewards

Completing Totalimmortal rewards Access Token (missable).

Tips

The fight up the tower is long and crowded. Prepare the strongest weapons and armour before the board meeting, as there is no going back to shop.
