Where is My Mind? is the epilogue of the Arasaka path of the ending, after Totalimmortal. Arasaka removes the Relic, and V wakes up on the Arasaka orbital station for treatment. Over the following weeks, the tests fail, and V must decide whether to have V's mind stored by Arasaka's Secure Your Soul program or return to Earth to live out the time V has left.
Story
The Last Talk
During the surgery in the medical centre of Arasaka Tower, V and Johnny meet one last time in cyberspace, with Alt nearby. They look back on their time together. Johnny is disappointed that V made a deal with Arasaka, and the Relic is removed.
The Orbital Station
V wakes up in the clinic of the Arasaka orbital station. After a short talk with the doctor, Professor Sachiko Kusama, a guard walks V to a room, and V goes to sleep. In a nightmare, V hears Johnny's voice, follows it to a door that opens onto empty space, and leaps out. V wakes up. On the television, a news report shows that Saburo Arasaka has taken over the body of his son Yorinobu. In a speech, he promises that the corporation will return to its roots stronger than ever.
The next night, Johnny's voice draws V to the door again. This time it opens onto a hallway, where V relives the death of Jackie and the moment the Relic went into V's head. The news the next morning reports that many leaders of business, religion and human rights have signed a protest against Saburo's return.
The Calls
After more tests, V is allowed to use the communications system and can call the people closest to V.
- Viktor wants V to come for a check up back on Earth. He says Misty is visiting family in Warsaw, and that he cannot tell V what to do.
- Panam either demands that V come back at once and hangs up when Mitch needs her, or is angry that she heard about V's situation from Viktor instead of from V.
- Judy either sends a recorded message saying she may call back when she is no longer angry, or picks up, upset that V trusted Arasaka but glad the Relic is gone, and asks V to come home.
- River either has no time to talk, or wants to fly up and bring V home. V does not know the name of the station, and warns him not to trust Arasaka.
- Kerry either cannot put himself in V's place and returns to his television, or is overjoyed, promises to bring V home and offers to watch a show together.
- Hanako does not answer.
The Decision
In another nightmare, V breaks open a puzzle cube from the tests and finds the image of a devil. The news warns of rising tension between Arasaka and Militech. As the weeks of tests drag on, V grows more frustrated and can lash out at the professor.
After almost a month, Kusama tells V that the treatment has not worked. Goro Takemura, or Anders Hellman if Takemura died, offers V a contract to join Secure Your Soul. V's mind would be stored as an engram until Arasaka finds a new body. V can sign, or refuse and return to Earth, singing Never Fade Away on the way.

Takemura
Takemura brings the contract only if V saved him in Search and Destroy. Otherwise Anders Hellman brings it.
