The Cerulean Seed Talisman +1 is patterned after an Erdtree seed once presumed to be an object of myth, and this age-old artifact also depicts the Two Fingers, perhaps harking back to the birth of the Erdtree. It boosts FP restored by the Flask of Cerulean Tears by 30%, so a fully upgraded flask restores 286 FP, or 314 FP when combined with the Cerulean Tear Scarab. It cannot be worn together with the base Cerulean Seed Talisman. It suits high Mind builds that spend FP freely on expensive spells while exploring, and spellcasters in co-op who have to stretch a reduced flask count.
