The Carian Filigreed Crest is a skill talisman in Elden Ring. It is picked up mid-game, in Liurnia of the Lakes.

The Carian Filigreed Crest bears the Carian royal crest, an honor once awarded to knights who served as direct retainers to the kingdom's princesses, of whom only Ranni, daughter of Rennala, remains. It lowers the FP cost of every weapon skill by 25%, and it stacks with the Ash-of-War Scarab helm to cut costs even further. Builds that lean on repeated Ash of War and unique skill use, such as Moonveil, gravity or royal knight setups, get far more casts out of each flask. It is sold by War Counselor Iji once Blaidd sends the player to him or after the first visit to Ranni's Rise, and later by the Twin Maiden Husks.

How to Get Carian Filigreed Crest Guide

It is sold by War Counselor Iji in Liurnia of the Lakes once Blaidd has sent the player to him after Bloodhound Knight Darriwil falls in the Forlorn Hound Evergaol, or once Ranni has first been met at Ranni's Rise.

1. Hear the howling in the Mistwood Ruins in Limgrave, then ask Merchant Kalé at the Church of Elleh about it to learn the Finger Snap gesture.
2. Use Finger Snap beneath the tallest point of the Mistwood Ruins and talk to Blaidd when he jumps down.
3. Defeat Bloodhound Knight Darriwil in the Forlorn Hound Evergaol, with Blaidd available as a summon.
4. Talk to Blaidd near the Evergaol after the fight.
5. Travel to War Counselor Iji in Liurnia of the Lakes and tell him that Blaidd sent the player.
6. Buy the crest from his shop; talking to Ranni the Witch at Ranni's Rise for the first time also adds it.
