The Twinblade Talisman is a damage talisman in Elden Ring. It can be picked up early in a run.

The Twinblade Talisman depicts a twinblade and a confessor, honoring the confessors' closely guarded technique of preserving momentum so that the final strike of an onslaught is all the deadlier. It raises the damage of the last hit in a normal attack chain by 45%, and a chain can open with a heavy attack and still end on the boosted finisher. Despite its name it does little for twinblades and their long five-hit chains, and instead shines on weapons with short, heavy chains such as colossal swords, colossal weapons, great spears and light greatswords, along with dual-wield chains of paired spears and greatswords. Heavy attack chains and Ash of War combos are not boosted, though the final hit of the Shield Strike skill is.

• Found in a chest at the top of a tower in the western corner of Castle Morne in the Weeping Peninsula.
• From the Behind the Castle Site of Grace, drop down to the west side of the castle, follow the outer wall, climb the ladder and walk around the tower to the chest.
