The Godskin Swaddling Cloth is a health and stamina talisman in Elden Ring. It only turns up late in a run, in the Mountaintops of the Giants.

The Godskin Swaddling Cloth is a sacred cloth of the Godskin Apostles, made from supple skin sewn together, in which the Gloam-Eyed Queen cradles newborn apostles destined to become the death of the gods. Landing successive melee attacks restores 3% of maximum HP plus 30, so a character with 1,900 HP heals 87 per trigger. Most weapons trigger it every five light attacks, while fists, claws, daggers, torches, sacred seals and small shields need seven, and charged heavy attacks trigger it on the third hit; damage dealt does not matter, and a gap of more than ten seconds between hits resets the count. It works on the same principle as the Winged Sword Insignia and suits fast, aggressive melee builds that keep chaining hits.

It is the reward for defeating the Godskin Apostle and Godskin Noble summoned by the Spirit-Caller Snail at the end of Spiritcaller's Cave.

1. Enter Spiritcaller's Cave in the northeastern Mountaintops of the Giants.
2. Make the way through the cave to the boss room at its end.
3. Defeat the Godskin Apostle and the Godskin Noble summoned one after the other.
4. Kill the Spirit-Caller Snail to end the fight and receive the talisman.
