The Ancestral Spirit's Horn is a health and stamina talisman in Elden Ring. It can be picked up early in a run.

Ancestral Spirit's Horn is cut from the antler-like horns of the Regal Ancestor Spirit, the fallen king whose glowing new growths symbolize life rising from death. Every enemy that dies nearby restores 3 FP, and the kill does not have to come from the wearer, nor does the enemy have to be hostile, so passive animals and some manned contraptions such as stationary flamethrowers also count. The effect stacks with the Sacrificial Axe and the Sword of Milos, which share a similar on-kill restore. It lowers the need for Flasks of Cerulean Tears while clearing the open world and dungeons, but does little in most boss fights that lack easy minions to kill. Invaders also use it to recover FP by hanging back while the host and their summons fight other enemies.

It is traded for the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor with Finger Reader Enia at the Roundtable Hold. The remembrance drops from the Regal Ancestor Spirit near Nokron, Eternal City.

1. Defeat the Regal Ancestor Spirit near Nokron, Eternal City to obtain the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor.
2. Travel to the Roundtable Hold.
3. Talk to Finger Reader Enia and choose to exchange remembrances.
4. Select the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor and choose the Ancestral Spirit's Horn.
5. To take the other reward as well, first duplicate the remembrance at a Wandering Mausoleum.
