The Lord of Blood's Exultation is a damage talisman in Elden Ring. It is one of the late rewards, found in Leyndell, Royal Capital.

Lord of Blood's Exultation depicts the exultation of the Lord of Blood, whose followers offer blood to drench his consort's chamber and herald the dawn of his dynasty. Whenever blood loss is triggered within about seven meters, including on the wearer, attack power rises by 20% for 20 seconds, or 12% in PvP, and the boost applies to sorceries and incantations too. It stacks with the White Mask, and bleed builds can trigger it on themselves with Seppuku, while a riposte animation's invincibility prevents it from activating. It is a core talisman for hemorrhage builds that proc bleed constantly, and it also empowers Mohg during his boss fights.
