Radagon's Soreseal is a health and stamina talisman in Elden Ring. It is found in Caelid, around the middle of a run.

Radagon's Soreseal is a legendary talisman, an eye engraved with an Elden Rune said to be the seal of King Consort Radagon, whose solemn duty weighs on the bearer like a gnawing curse. It raises Vigor, Endurance, Strength and Dexterity by 5 each while increasing damage taken by 15%. On a low-level character the extra HP, equip load and defense more than offset the penalty, but at high Vigor and Endurance the gains shrink while the penalty stays, so it is best replaced later. It cannot be worn with Radagon's Scarseal, and it can be reached early in Fort Faroth by taking the waygate behind the Third Church of Marika to the Bestial Sanctum.

Why Players Pick It

Radagon's Soreseal adds 5 points each to Vigor, Endurance, Strength and Dexterity, at the cost of 15% more damage taken. The flat stat gain matters most on low-level characters, where five extra points make a much bigger difference to HP and equip load.

Effect

How to Get Radagon's Soreseal Guide

Found on a corpse in a walled-off part of Fort Faroth in Caelid, reachable only through the holes in the roof.
From the Fort Faroth Site of Grace, enter the fort, climb the ladder and drop onto the roof.
Go down the third hole, break the planks resting on the wall to reach a hidden room, pass the giant rat and drop down by the ladder.
The corpse lies in the corner.
