Daedicar's Woe is a utility talisman in Elden Ring. It is found in Volcano Manor, around the middle of a run.

Daedicar's Woe is a disturbing likeness of a flayed woman who smiles with serene tenderness, named for Daedicar, who indulged in every form of wicked pleasure and bore a myriad of grotesque children. It doubles all damage taken and stacks multiplicatively with other effects that raise damage taken, offering no benefit in return. Players wear it to make the game harder, and it has one practical trick: worn when the Mimic Tear fight begins, the copy inherits the doubled damage for the whole fight while the player removes it once the Mimic Tear has spawned. It comes from Rya at the end of her questline in Volcano Manor.

How to Get Daedicar's Woe Guide

It is obtained from Rya at the end of her questline in Volcano Manor: she drops it if she is killed at her request, and otherwise it lies where she was after Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy is defeated.

1. Meet Rya at the pavilion north of the Laskyar Ruins in Liurnia of the Lakes and return Rya's Necklace, bought from Blackguard Big Boggart at the Boilprawn Shack.
2. In the Altus Plateau, talk to Rya to be taken to Volcano Manor, and join Tanith.
3. After the requests against Old Knight Istvan and Rileigh the Idle, investigate the noises Rya hears by passing the illusory wall beside her room to the Prison Town Church, then report back.
4. Defeat the Godskin Noble at the Temple of Eiglay and give Rya the Serpent's Amnion.
5. Find her again in a small room deeper in the manor, near the lava pit and a rope ladder.
6. Kill her when she asks to receive the talisman; giving her the Tonic of Forgetfulness or leaving her alone instead leaves it where she was once Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy is defeated.
