Iji's Mirrorhelm is a helm fashioned from a crystal looking-glass, said to have never left War Counselor Iji's head, the troll blacksmith who served Ranni. Like the Nox Mirrorhelm it is worn by those committed to high treason to ward off the Greater Will and its Fingers, and Iji was terrified of his own treachery. It is fairly heavy for its defense, being easily broken and weak against striking attacks. It suits fashion focused players who want Iji's reflective look, and it is found on his anvil late in Ranni's story.

How to Get Iji's Mirrorhelm Guide
Iji's Mirrorhelm lies on the body of War Counselor Iji, who dies after Blaidd the Half-Wolf is defeated at the end of Ranni the Witch's questline.
- Defeat Royal Knight Loretta at Caria Manor, then agree to serve Ranni the Witch at the top of Ranni's Rise and speak with the projections of her three followers.
- Defeat Starscourge Radahn in Caelid.
- Enter Nokron, Eternal City through the crater left by the fallen star in Limgrave and take the Fingerslayer Blade from its chest.
- Give the Fingerslayer Blade to Ranni at Ranni's Rise.
- Climb Renna's Rise, now unsealed, take its Sending Gate, pick up the Miniature Ranni, then rest at the Ainsel River Main Site of Grace and talk to it.
- Defeat the Baleful Shadow in Nokstella, Eternal City to receive the Discarded Palace Key.
- Defeat Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon and open the chest in the Raya Lucaria Grand Library for the Dark Moon Ring.
- Ride the coffin at the Grand Cloister in the Lake of Rot, defeat Astel, Naturalborn of the Void, then go down the tunnel by the Cathedral of Manus Celes and place the Dark Moon Ring on Ranni's finger.
- Defeat Blaidd the Half-Wolf, now hostile outside Ranni's Rise, then talk to War Counselor Iji by the Road to the Manor Site of Grace near the Kingsrealm Ruins about Blaidd's death.
- Leave the area and return to find Iji dead, then take the Mirrorhelm from his anvil.
