Exalted Flesh is a consumable in Elden Ring.
Exalted Flesh is a spiced lump of meat that boosts physical attack for a short time. It can be found and crafted early. Eating it just before a big attack window adds a lot of damage. It suits any build that deals physical damage.
Effect
Exalted Flesh raises physical damage by 20% for 30 seconds. Against other players the boost is 15%. It is a body buff, so it does not stack with other buffs of the same type.
"A lump of animal flesh pickled in a medicinal solution mixed with fiery spices. Craftable item. Temporarily boosts physical attack. Considered a delicacy in the badlands, this invigorating repast was for the exclusive benefit of those who they deem heroes."
