Soldier's Crossbow is a Crossbow in Elden Ring. It can be picked up early, in Stormveil Castle, within the first few hours of a run.

The Soldier's Crossbow is a crossbow of simple make, usable by anyone but lacking in power and accuracy. It drops from crossbow-wielding Foot Soldiers and Exile Soldiers, with a group near crucifixes east of the Deathtouched Catacombs grace in Limgrave. It is the lightest crossbow and ties for the lowest Strength requirement, which makes it an easy off-hand ranged option. It does not scale with attributes and cannot be buffed or infused. It suits any character who wants ranged pulls at minimal weight.

Stats

Soldier's Crossbow is the lightest crossbow at 3.5 with the lowest requirements in its class. For a build that only wants a pull tool or status applicator, it does the job for almost no equip load, and common soldiers drop it, so it is easy to pick up early and carry all game.

Skill

Kick costs 0 FP. The wielder plants a high front kick that pushes the enemy back and deals enormous stamina damage to anyone guarding, breaking the guard of nearly any shield. The kick itself deals little damage and costs no FP. The Divine Bird Warrior Greaves boost it.

Carry it loaded in the off-hand for pulls and finishing shots at almost no weight cost.
