The two Mistlands answers to a tough target, the Bile Bomb and Jotun Bane, both start with a Bilebag cut from a Gjall over the Mistlands.
How to Get It
Gjall drift above the fog, spitting pairs of fireballs and dropping eggs that hatch into Ticks, so most players shoot them down with a bow rather than wait for them to come low. The fight is the only gate on the drop: you need no tool and can loot the corpse straight away. Each Gjall drops exactly one Bilebag whatever its star rating, so stocking up is slow work. They spawn very rarely in the middle of the biome by day, with starred ones out at night.
