A Bloodbag is what a Leech leaves behind once it stops swimming, so the standing water of the Swamp is the only place to farm it.

How to Get It

Leeches lie in Swamp water and are hard to spot until they are already on you, so fight them from the bank or from a raft with a bow or a spear instead of wading in. Any weapon works, and you need no tool. Bloodbags are light and can go through a portal, so a short detour on a crypt run is usually enough to stock up. Gather more than you think you need, because Frost Resistance Mead is brewed from them and your trip to the Mountain depends on it.
