Psycho Killer is the side job that tracks every cyberpsycho sighting in Night City. During The Ride, after V leaves the ripperdoc, the fixer Regina Jones calls with a contract: find the cyberpsychos across the city and bring them down alive. Once all of them are dealt with, she meets V in person to settle up.
Story
A One Person Army
The journal asks whether V has heard of a fixer named Regina Jones. She is not quite in Dex's league, but she must have heard of V, as she wants to turn V into a one person army against cyberpsychosis. Understandable, Johnny says, since most of the city's heroic badges vanish at the very mention of the word.
It warns V not to mess this up. One happy fixer brings three more who want V's services. And Johnny still does not get why Regina wants them alive. The higher V climbs, the stranger the contracts get. That is the Afterlife for V.
Regina's Reason
When all the sightings are done, Regina calls V to a meeting. What she says depends on how many cyberpsychos V kept alive. If V killed none of them, she is very grateful. She explains that she is getting them therapy, to better understand their condition.
Psycho Killer Map Location and Walkthrough
The map shows Regina Jones and every cyberpsycho sighting.
Psycho Killer map location:
- Answer Regina's call during The Ride, after leaving Viktor's clinic.
- Find and take down every cyberpsycho, one sighting at a time, without killing them.
- Use blunt melee weapons and non lethal rounds to incapacitate them.
- Answer Regina's call once all are done.
- Meet with Regina and collect the reward.

Rewards
Completing Psycho Killer rewards Chrome Compressor, Pax, Cyberware Capacity Shard and Trauma Team armor-weave tactical vest.
Regina pays eddies and adds a Cyberware Capacity Shard and the Pax weapon mod. She pays even if some cyberpsychos were killed.
Tips
Do not kill the cyberpsychos. Blunt weapons and non lethal bullets bring them down alive. Each one fights like a boss, so gear up and save before every encounter. The sighting The Wasteland only appears after Life During Wartime.
