The Quadra Sport R-7 "Sterling" is a custom sports car that Mr. Hands gives to V as thanks for a long run of work. It is the reward for finishing every gig the Dogtown fixer has to offer. It is one of the free cars that came with Phantom Liberty. Players who clear Pacifica and Dogtown for Mr. Hands drive away in it. The Sport R-7 "Sterling" is a free Phantom Liberty reward from the job Hi Ho Silver Lining, after V completes all of Mr. Hands' gigs in Pacifica and Dogtown.
Performance
Perks shape how the Sterling copes with trouble. Road Warrior from the Cool tree adds weapon damage while the car drifts or is airborne. Stuntjock from the Reflexes tree removes the bullet spread penalty for shooting while driving. Gearhead from the Technical Ability tree adds vehicle health. Fury Road from the Body tree raises collision damage against enemy vehicles.
