Starlight Shards is a consumable in Elden Ring.
Starlight Shards are slivers of starlight that slowly restore FP. They are found in front of stone astrolabes on cliffs across the world. Preceptor Seluvis also takes them in trade for Spirit Ashes. Their supply in the open world is limited.
Effect
Starlight Shards restore FP gradually over a short time after use. The total is small compared to a Flask of Cerulean Tears, but it costs no flask charge.
"An ephemeral sliver that gives off a pale blue glow. What remains of a passing flash of starlight. Use to gradually recover FP. A prized item that was once used in the Eternal City as an ingredient in intoxicating draughts."
