Coal is a hard lump of fuel from the Albaneve Summits in Enshrouded, and a long list of armor and furniture burns through it. It goes into the Brazen Bull Chest, the Hailcaster Chest and the Mountain's Shadow Chest, as well as braziers and fireplaces such as the Granite Fireplace. It is mined from coal ore in the summits, and Scavenger Miners drop it as well. The Hunter also uses it for the Pocket Heater.
How to Get Coal Guide
Coal comes from coal ore in the Albaneve Summits, mined with a pickaxe. The ore is easy to find at the mining settlement of Rothstep, north-west of the Albaneve Summits Ancient Spire. Scavenger Miners drop coal as well, so clearing a Scavenger mine pays twice. The summits are bitterly cold, so warm gear helps on long mining trips. The Blast Furnace burns coal to smelt Celestium and other late metals, so a big stock is always useful.
