Entrails have one cooking use, Sausages, and that is reason enough to gut every Draugr that shambles out of the Swamp at you.
How to Get It
Draugr and Draugr Elites drop Entrails when killed, so any stretch of swamp or ruined village keeps you supplied once you can fight there. Surviving is the only real requirement. The biome's Leeches and Blobs make Poison Resistance Mead and a decent shield worth bringing. Meat piles inside the Mountain frost caves hold more, if you are already up there for other loot. Entrails go through a Portal without trouble, so you can skip sailing a load home.
