Iron Armor
Iron Armor is the heavy answer to the Swamp. Its 3 pieces add up to 42 armour, more than any set before it by a wide margin.
It nearly doubles Bronze Armor for the same -10% movement, and it is the first set that makes a Draugr feel survivable. Its whole case is those 42 points, with no set bonus or resistance attached.
It is also heavy in the literal sense, at 33 weight against the Root Set's 23, which matters when you are carrying iron home from a Sunken Crypt. On the Mountain, Fenris and Wolf Armor replace it.
How to Craft
Every piece is made at a level 1 to 2 Forge from:
- 60x Iron: Smelted from Scrap Iron in a Smelter.
- 6x Deer Hide: Drops from deer.

When to Use It
This is early game gear. Iron comes from Sunken Crypts in the Swamp, so the set opens up once The Elder is down.
