Everything has to be cooked down in a Mead Ketill before it can go into a Fermenter, and Mead Base: Major Healing is that first step for the strongest healing drink in the game. Its ingredients come from the Meadows, the Swamp and the Mistlands.
How to Make It
Mix ten Honey, four Blood Clots and five Royal Jelly at a Mead Ketill. The Honey comes from your own Beehives, the Blood Clots from Blobs and Oozers in the Swamp, and the Royal Jelly from Infested Mines and Seeker Brood in the Mistlands. That makes this a very late base despite its humble first ingredient. You cannot drink the result. It goes into a Fermenter for two in game days and comes out as six bottles.
