Vilebone Set
The Vilebone Set is the Plains light set, and the second set that trades toughness for aggression: all 3 pieces grant Vilebone Wrath.
Vilebone Wrath gives +20% health regeneration, +40% stamina regeneration and +20% blunt and pierce damage, but you take 25% more blunt, slash and pierce in return. The stamina half is the reason to wear it, since 40% is the largest regeneration bonus in the game.
It gives 48 armour against the 79 of Padded Armor, and it costs no movement speed where Padded costs 10%. It is the Bear Set argument again, one whole tier later and with better numbers on both sides.
How to Craft
Every piece is made at a level 2 Forge from:
- 19x Bear Hide: Dropped by Bears, and by Viles in the Plains.
- 1x Vile Trophy: Dropped by the Vile.
- 4x Vile Ribcage: Dropped by Viles in the Plains.
- 8x Linen Thread: Spun from Flax at a Spinning Wheel.

When to Use It
Mid game. Viles in the Plains, the biome after Moder, drop the set's Bear Hide, Vile Ribcage and Vile Trophy.
