Ride Captain Ride is the reward job for finishing every gig of Muamar "El Capitan" Reyes, the fixer of Santo Domingo. Once the last one is done, El Capitan gets in touch one more time to thank V, and leaves an extra reward in the stash of V's apartment.
Story
A Ray of Sunlight
Johnny is relieved in the journal that V's business in Santo Domingo is finally over. V did what V could. The junkies will keep shooting up, 6th Street will keep waving its flags, and the young punks growing up there will go down one of those two roads. Still, V changed the place for the better, if only a little, like a ray of sunlight in a cesspit. Helping El Capitan was the right call. He gained more control over Santo Domingo, and now he wants to throw in something extra for all the digging through the waste. The man knows how to reward his people.
