The Comet is a Glintstone sorcery in Elden Ring. It becomes available partway through a run, in the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
Comet is one of the glintstone sorceries of the Academy of Raya Lucaria and the greatest of the Karolos Conspectus's sorceries, mastered by only a very few sorcerers. It fires a large magic comet that tracks slightly and pierces through every enemy in a line, and a charged cast adds a small explosion that catches foes standing nearby. It can be cast repeatedly and while walking, which makes it a dependable damage spell for intelligence builds. Compared with Glintstone Cometshard it costs more FP but travels slightly further and hits harder, and Azur's Glintstone Crown can push its damage higher at the cost of more expensive sorceries. It suits ranged casters who want strong single-target damage with some crowd control from its piercing.
Effect
Fires a great magic comet that pierces through enemies in a line; it can be cast repeatedly and while moving, and charging increases damage. Each cast costs 24 FP and 31 stamina and takes up one memory slot.
