Thiollier sells it for 6,000 runes, and once he leaves for the Stone Coffin Fissure his stock passes to Moore's Bell Bearing. It deals physical damage with heavy poison buildup, Arcane raises both its damage and the poison, and at 1 weight it is a light paired weapon. Its unique skill, Deadly Poison Spray, swings the bottle overhead and wafts a wide cloud of deadly poison that also poisons the wielder, which can be used to trigger Kindred of Rot's Exultation. It suits an Arcane character as a status tool or backup weapon.

The wielder swings the perfume bottle overhead, releasing a cloud of powder that builds deadly poison on everything inside it for several seconds, the wielder included. Buildup scales strongly with Arcane, and the animation cannot be cancelled once it starts. Using it does not alert unaware enemies, and self-poisoning can deliberately trigger effects such as the Kindred of Rot's Exultation and the Mushroom Crown. It is exclusive to this weapon.
