A Celestial Feather is all a Fallen Valkyrie leaves behind when she drops out of the red sky over the Ashlands. It goes straight into the last staves you will ever build.
How to Get It
Fallen Valkyries circle high over the Ashlands, and you have to shoot them down or catch them as they land. Each one drops two or three feathers. The charred chests inside Charred Fortresses hold them too, which is the quieter way to farm them. Either way you have to cross open Ocean to a defended shore, so bring a fire resistance mead and a full Mistlands kit rather than trusting Plains gear.
