Jade is a gemstone sealed behind the walls of a Charred Fortress in the Ashlands, and you have to force your way in to loot it from a charred chest.
How to Get It
Charred Fortresses are guarded by Charred Warlocks, Charred Marksmen and Skuggs, and effigies of malice keep pushing more of them into the courtyard while you work. Getting in takes force, not a key. Batter the gates and walls down with siege equipment, climb over them with a ladder or tunnel underneath, then circle the central tower where the charred chests stand. Jade is only a chance drop from those chests, so plan on clearing several fortresses. Cross in a hull that can survive the ash sea, and have fire resistance ready.
Jade Crafting Recipes
