Enchanter's Almanac is the Maister tome for the Mage vocation. Reading it teaches Celestial Paean, a wave of holy light that speeds up allies and cuts the damage they take, to the Arisen and the main pawn.
Eini gives it at Eini's Home, north of Melve, at the end of Spellbound.
A tome detailing a remarkable spell for mages. Use it to learn Celestial Paean. The Arisen's main pawn will also receive the same effect.
Speak to Trysha at Eini's Home, north of Melve, to start Spellbound.
Give her the five original grimoires and calm her magick outburst.
Return after time has passed to receive the tome from Eini.
Eini gives it at Eini's Home after the quest Spellbound, usually once her escort quest is also done. If she holds it back, returning a day later tends to work.

Speak to Trysha once Eini leaves the room. Trysha hands over a list of the five grimoires she wants.
Take Let There Be Light from the upstairs desk in Myrddin's Home in Checkpoint Rest Town. Climb to the balcony from outside to reach it.
Buy Fulminous Shield from Dudley, the merchant near the entrance of Melve.
Find Nation's Death Knell inside the Ancient Battleground.
Open the chest in the upper part of Waterfall Cave, east of Borderwatch Outpost, for Howling Blizzard and a second Nation's Death Knell. Opening it summons a Lich.
Speak to Waldhar for Towering Earth. He moves to the vaults after The Caged Magistrate.
Return to Eini's Home and give Trysha all five original grimoires.
Come back after a few days. Trysha is outside, losing control of her magick.
Dodge her spells until she stops casting to recover, then rush in and grab her to end the outburst.
Pass the time, then return to Eini's Home. Trysha hands over Conjurer's Jottings and Eini hands over Enchanter's Almanac, completing the quest.
Use Conjurer's Jottings to learn the Sorcerer skill Meteoron, and Enchanter's Almanac to learn the Mage skill Celestial Paean.
