The Beast-Repellent Torch is a Torch in Elden Ring. It becomes available partway through a run, in Greyoll's Dragonbarrow.

The Beast-Repellent Torch burns oil infused with a special incense whose aroma pacifies wild beasts, and torches like it once kept beasts away from treasure hidden in caves. It is sold by the Isolated Merchant in northwest Dragonbarrow in Caelid for 1,200 runes. While it is held in either hand, carried on the back while two-handing another weapon, or used on Torrent, wolves, dogs, boars, bears, rats, basilisks and other beasts stop attacking, though scripted ambushes still happen. As a weapon it deals fire damage and scales mainly on Strength, and Torch Attack thrusts the flame forward to set foes ablaze. It suits any character as a utility item for crossing beast-infested areas such as the Frenzy-Flaming Tower.
