The Steel-Wire Torch is a torch wound with metal wire, heavier than a normal torch, whose flame lights dark places or burns enemies. It lies on a corpse at the end of a narrow path on the top level of the north side of Castle Morne, guarded by two Misbegotten, and Radahn Soldiers carry it without dropping it. It deals physical and fire damage and leans on Dexterity, with C Dexterity scaling. Firebreather blows into the flame to spread fire in a wide frontward arc, leaving flames on the ground that burn for a short time, and the skill cannot be changed or removed. It suits a Dexterity character who wants a light source with a crowd-hitting fire skill.
