Millicent is a character in Elden Ring.
Millicent is a young woman ravaged by Scarlet Rot who follows the path of Malenia across the Lands Between. Sage Gowry sends the Tarnished to slow her sickness with an Unalloyed Gold Needle. She becomes a strong summon for several boss fights and grows stronger with a new prosthetic arm. Her questline ends in Elphael with a choice to stand with her or against her.
Lore
Millicent is a young woman covered in Scarlet Rot who has lost her right arm.
Gowry took her in, and once the golden needle held back her rot, she set out to retrace the steps Malenia took after the battle of Aeonia. Her road led her ever closer to the Haligtree, where Malenia waits.
At the Haligtree her sisters came to kill her so she might bloom as a flower of rot. If she won, she drew out the needle and let the rot take her on her own terms.
