Valkyrie's Prosthesis is a quest item in Elden Ring. It is picked up mid-game, in the Altus Plateau.
Valkyrie's Prosthesis is a golden artificial arm once worn by a one-armed valkyrie. It is a masterwork that can be used as well as a real arm. It lies in a chest in the Shaded Castle. Millicent needs it to fight again.
Use
Giving the arm to Millicent on the Altus Plateau lets her hold a sword again. Her summon sign then appears for the Godskin Apostle fight at Dominula, Windmill Village. After that fight her quest moves on toward the Mountaintops of the Giants.
Quest
It belongs to Millicent's quest. It is brought to Millicent at North of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace, Altus Plateau. She can wield a sword again and can be summoned against the Godskin Apostle at Dominula, Windmill Village.
