The Snow Witch Hat is a witch's pointed hat, frigid and frozen through, once worn by the snowy crone young Ranni met deep in the woods. That witch, well versed in cold sorceries, was Ranni's secret mentor, and the doll that houses Ranni's soul is said to be modeled after her. The head piece is light and strengthens cold sorceries by 10%, including Adula's Moonblade, Glintstone Icecrag, Ranni's Dark Moon and Zamor Ice Storm. It suits frost sorcerers and players recreating Ranni the Witch, and it is found in a chest at Renna's Rise.

How to Get Snow Witch Hat Guide
The Snow Witch Hat is found in a chest inside Renna's Rise in the Three Sisters, which opens once Ranni the Witch receives the Fingerslayer Blade during her questline.
- Defeat Royal Knight Loretta at Caria Manor to open the way to the Three Sisters.
- Talk to Ranni the Witch at the top of Ranni's Rise, agree to serve her, and speak with the projections of War Counselor Iji, Blaidd the Half-Wolf and Preceptor Seluvis.
- Defeat Starscourge Radahn in Caelid.
- Enter Nokron, Eternal City through the crater left by the fallen star in Limgrave and take the Fingerslayer Blade from its chest.
- Give the Fingerslayer Blade to Ranni at Ranni's Rise.
- Enter Renna's Rise, whose seal is now gone, climb the ladder and open the chest on the upper floor for the Snow Witch set.
