The Mackinaw "Saguaro" is the nomad pickup that the fixer Dakota Smith leaves V as a parting gift. It is a Thorton Mackinaw with a caged bed, racing seats and a bigger fuel tank. It is a strong, heavy all-wheel drive truck made for life on the road. Players who finish Dakota's work in the Badlands get it as their reward. V receives the Saguaro in the Badlands after finishing every gig for Dakota Smith, through her closing job Every Grain of Sand.
Performance
The Saguaro shares the Mackinaw's strong engine and all-wheel drive. It is a heavy truck, built for long hauls and rough ground.

Lore
The Saguaro is a nomad build of the Thorton Mackinaw. Its truck bed carries a cage and a storage box that folds away. One passenger seat makes room for a larger CHOOH2 fuel tank. The standard seats gave way to racing bucket seats, and the driver gets a racing steering wheel.
Dakota sends a farewell message with the gift. She thanks V for everything, says she hopes their paths cross again and asks V to think of her behind the wheel.
Notes
- Wraiths drive Saguaros too, and one stands at the Jackson Plains Regional Airport after Life During Wartime.
