Eldermere's Staff is a staff designed by Eldermere, the Chief Engineer. It boosts ice spell damage and adds mana leech and crit chance. It suits a Mage who casts frost spells.

Perks

Each upgrade at the craftsperson unlocks the next perk in this order. Rarity sets how many upgrades a copy takes: one for common, up to five for legendary.

Healer	Mage	2	Health gain from healing spells will be increased by 10%.

Quick Charge	Mage	3	Reduces the time Staffs require to charge-up a spell by 50%.
Righteous Fire	Mage	5	Healing any target with a spell triggers a burst of fire that deals 50% of the heal amount as Fire damage to nearby Fell enemies.
Terror	Mage	4	On a critical hit with a spell, the target will be stunned for 4 seconds.

Lore

Eldermere designed this staff himself. A dome at the tip holds bolts of concentrated energy until he releases them into a spell. He added quilted leather to the grip as a refined touch. Eldermere sat on the council of elders, second in seniority only to Manathor.
