Blue Jute is a Dvergr cloth of plant fibre and hair, used for furnishing rather than structure. It hangs as curtains and drapes in the Black Marble halls of the Mistlands, and that is the only place you can gather it.
How to Get It
Find a Dvergr settlement in the Mistlands and destroy the blue curtains and drapes hanging on its Black Marble buildings. Any tool tier will do, but the Dvergr themselves are the obstacle: damaging anything they own turns every Dvergr nearby hostile, and many of their sites are watched by wards. Either clear the settlement first or work an abandoned one. The cloth is light and teleportable, so you can carry it home without a boat.
